About Us
Alternative City is the brainchild of cartoonist Lorenzo Ross. Among it's inhabitants are a psychic detective, a ninja bunny and hipsters working in an art supply store.
Ross has self published several comics over the years and most of them are available on this website along with stickers, buttons and T-shirts featuring his art.

The Alternative City Story
Lorenzo has been drawing cartoon characters and reading comics since he was five years old. That love of drawing comics and reading other people's comics has always been a passion.
For ten years he ran an Etsy shop called Psychic Unicorns that sold his comics and buttons he designed. That was where he began making CBOs or comic book originals which are one of a kind buttons made from images cut from comic books. These were a huge success and sold well whenever he did comic shows.
